Adding an image field
To add an image field proceed as follows:
| 1. | Select the image you want to replace on the merged presentations. Note that the Image field button becomes enabled. |
| 2. | Click on the 'Image Field' button to open the 'Image field properties' dialog. |
| 3. | Alternatively, click on the lower part of the 'Image field' button and select the 'Add image field' menu item. |
| 5. | Enter a field name and click on the Ok button. |
| 6. | Note that the 'Image Field' button will become selected. |

Modifying an image field
To modify the settings of an image field proceed as follows:
| 1. | Select the image you want. Note that the Image field button becomes selected. |
| 2. | Click on the 'Image Field' button to open the 'Image field properties' dialog. |
| 3. | Alternatively, click on the lower part of the 'Image field' button and select the 'Edit image field options' menu item. |
| 5. | Modify the settings of the image field as needed. |
| 6. | Note that the 'Image Field' button will remain selected. |

Removing an image field
To remove an image field proceed as follows:
| 1. | Select the image field you want to remove. Note that the Image field button becomes selected. |
| 2. | Click on the lower part of the 'Image field' button and select the 'Remove image field' menu item. |
| 3. | Note that the 'Image Field' button will become disabled. |
