Merge multiple example

A Pittsburgh based legal firm wants to send a presentation to the most relevant clients in Pittsburgh. They want to personalize each presentation for each client.

Even for this trivial task, without PowerMerge the task would involve a very tedious processing:

▪	Open the model presentation.

▪	Insert the name of the potential client.

▪	Save as the presentation using a different name.

▪	Start over for the next potential client.

For a few recipients this is not too bad, but Mr. Morris is known to modify the presentation in the very last minute. For that reason, his assistant will use PowerMerge instead and performs a multiple merge of the presentation.
