Conditional fields to organize contents

Usually conditional fields are used to filter slides that are not applicable for one particular record, such as in the previous example. In this example, we use instead conditional fields to organize the contents of a presentation.

The artist that made the views from Example 3 knows PowerMerge because one of his clients uses it to create catalogs of houses including the views prepared by him.
Robert wants to create a catalog of his work using PowerPoint and to organize it by collection: Itxapa, San Francisco Bay Area and Landscapes.
Therefore he creates a presentation with three sections, one for each collection.
He also create a data sheet containing information about the paintings, sorted alphabetically.
He uses a field named CATEGORY on each record and places a conditional field on each of the template slides. That way only the slides for each category are included on each section.
He also uses the 'Keep with next' option to group the different categories in the merged presentation.
