To access the Check fields dialog click on the Check fields button of the ribbon tab.
The Check fields dialog
The tree shows the following information:
| ▪ | All fields used in the presentation and the data sheet (if a data sheet has been associated). |
| ▪ | Image fields are shown using a picture icon. |
| ▪ | Fields are organized by their availability: |
| - | Common fields are those that are present both in the presentation and the data sheet. Common fields on the presentation will be replaced with values from the data sheet. |
| - | Fields that are only in the presentation will not be processed. They will be maintained as they in the merged presentation(s), possibly in a sequential merge operation. |
| - | Fields that are only present in the data sheet will be ignored by PowerMerge. |
