Working with Fields and Values

Fields are placeholders for information. This information can be repeated throughout a presentation, or it can change each time a presentation is created. To reap the benefits of using PowerForms, keep in mind the following as you design your presentation:

Try to use the same field names for similar information on different presentations. Once entered, PowerForms stores these values in the Clips list for easy selection later on.
Use numbered fields to name similar values. For example, [lastname 1] and [lastname 2] or [firstname 1] and [ [firstname 2]. Once entered, PowerForms stores these values based on the common term "lastname" or "firstname."
