To save a presentation model as a normal PowerPoint presentation, follow these steps:
PowerPoint 2000-2003
| 1. | With the presentation open, click File > Save and select .ppt as the file type. |
| 2. | Navigate to the appropriate folder and click Save. |
PowerPoint 2007
| 1. | With the presentation open, click the Microsoft Office Button and Save. |
| 2. | Select .pptx as the file type. |
| 3. | Navigate to the appropriate folder and click Save. |
| Note: | If you save a processed presentation, the fields will no longer be available. |
