Fields and Clips window

The PowerForms - Fields and Clips window contains two, resizable and positionable window panes. By default, the upper pane contains a list of fields and the lower pane contains a list of clips.

The Fields pane lists all of the available fields. You can add fields to this list, remove fields from this list, and insert fields from this list into new or existing presentations.

When you highlight a field from the list, previously entered values, or clips, display in the Clips pane. If clips don't display, this simply means you have not previously entered a value. You can add clips to this list, remove clips from this list, and insert clips from this list into new or existing presentations.

Use the PowerForms - Fields and Clips window to build presentations using previously defined fields and clips.

For example, say you want to build a new presentation using some fields from one presentation and other fields from another presentation. Simply open a new or existing PowerPoint presentation, click the PowerForms tab, and then click Fields and Clips on the PowerForms toolbar. Make field and clip selections from the two lists.
