To open the Fields and Clips window, in PowerPoint click the PowerForms tab and then click Fields and Clips on the PowerForms toolbar.
Located, by default, on the upper toolbar, the Fields icons allow you to Insert, Add, or Delete fields.
Also on the upper toolbar are three icons common to both fields and clips. Therefore, you will always see the following icons: Help, To left or To right, and Close.
Located, by default, on the lower toolbar, the Clips icons allow you to Insert, Add, or Delete clips.

Adds a clip to the Clips list. |
Del |
Deletes a clip from the Clips list. |
Clipboard |
Copies text so you can paste it into a field or value. An option on the Operation tab sets the Clipboard to start copying immediate. |
