To save a form as a document, follow these steps:
Word 2003
| 1. | With the form open, click File > Save and select .doc as the file type. |
| 2. | Navigate to the appropriate folder and click Save. |
Word 2007
| 1. | With the form open, click the Microsoft Office Button and Save. |
| 2. | Select .doc or .docx as the file type. |
| 3. | Navigate to the appropriate folder and click Save. |
| Note: | If you save a completed form as a document, the fields will no longer be available. |
