You can create a simple, clean FAX cover page using FormsAssistant.
| • | In this example, [toName] is used in both the To: line and the CC: line. Notice that the Count column indicates this field is used twice (2). |
| • | The navy background and white text in both the Preview pane and the Fields list indicate that [toName] is the active field. The colors also allow you to see the correspondence between the Preview pane and the Fields list. Use the Configuration menu to change the colors, if you prefer. |
| • | The yellow background and black text show unselected fields. When you click on one of the yellow fields, it turns to navy and [toName] turns to yellow--the color designated for unselected fields. Use the Configuration menu to change the colors, if you prefer. |
| • | Once you start filling in FAX forms, the Values list displays previously used values from which you can choose. If none of these values is appropriate, just enter the new value in the Fields list box. |
