To open the Fields and Clips window, in Word click the FormsAssistant tab and then click Fields and Clips on the FormsAssistant toolbar.
To delete a field from the Fields pane list

| 2. | When the Confirm dialog box opens, click OK to delete the field and all of its clips. |
