Text runs together, and is hard to read.
When you enter new text, you must remove the text in brackets, remove the underlines, remove the italics, and hope you don't overwrite something.
You must repeat the process for each variable.

After - filling in forms using FormsAssistant.

The Preview pane shows the new field names which correspond to the field names in the Fields list, lower left pane.
Fields are listed sequentially in the Fields list.
Fields are highlighted in the Preview pane using default colors, or colors you choose.
Enter the required information in the Fields list box, left, or select it from the Values list, right. No worries about removing too much or changing fonts.
Enter the value one time, and the Field populates throughout the document. For example, in this document the buyer's information is repeated later in the contract, notice the 2 in the Count column, but you only fill in each field value one time.
