FormsAssistant main features
The easiest way to create and fill form documents on Microsoft® Word®!
Convert any document in a form document
Creating a form document is very easy. You start with any word document and insert fields by placing their name between square brackets.
- For example in a lease agreement you will use fields such as: [Landlord] [Tenant] [Starting date] [Term] ...
- In an invoice you will use fields such as: [Client name] [Client id] [Invoice id] [Item 1] [Price 1] [Qty 1] ...
And so on.
Clips database
FormsAssistant keeps all values entered for a field in previous uses of a form.
If you use field names in a consistent way you will soon find that filling forms will be just a matter of selecting the correct value from a list.
Protection of form models
Once you have created and tested a form template you will want to protect it so that it can't be modified by accident. FormsAssistant will protect, with a mouse click, the currently opened form document.
