Virtual items

Drag and drop the virtual item (such as My PC, Control Panel applets or non-file system objects) from the Desktop or an Explorer window.

Internet link (Web page)

Enter http:// plus the URL of the web page in the Target field of the General tab of the item configuration dialog. Control Runner will open the default Internet browser and will navigate the URL.

For example a link to our web site would be entered as:

http://www.momsoftco.com

Email addresses

Enter mailto: plus the email address in the Target field of the General tab of the item configuration dialog. Control Runner will open the default email program and will create a new message addressed to that Email address.

For example, to send an email message to our support team, enter:

mailto:support@momsoftco.com
